GEMSEO User Days 2026

The GEMSEO User Days are back!

  • When: 26 and 27 November 2026
  • Where: IRT Saint Exupéry, Toulouse (France), and remote
  • Program: under construction; available on 1st September
  • Registration: compulsory; register here.
  • Deadlines: 30 June for talk proposals and 30 October for registration

This workshop will allow participants from all types of organizations (companies, universities, laboratories, etc.) to showcase their projects using GEMSEO, as well as learn from skilled users and developers. It is open to everyone. The following presentation types will be hosted: standard talks (up to 30 minutes including questions) and lightning talks (5-10 minutes talk including questions). The main goal of the latter is to spark new conversations and collaborations across disciplines with fast-paced presentations. It’s a great opportunity to learn about the work of users across organizations with similar interests in a relatively short period of time. The talks are also a good opportunity for the GEMSEO team to gather feedback on GEMSEO usage that will help to drive future improvements and features.

If you wish to give a talk, please indicate this in the registration form, at latest on 30th of June 2026. We will contact the authors after review of candidate talks and decision of the technical committee.
