About the event¶
This workshop allows participants from all types of organizations (companies, universities, laboratories, etc.) to showcase their projects using GEMSEO, as well as learn from skilled users and developers. It is open to everyone.
The talks are also a good opportunity for the GEMSEO team to gather feedback on GEMSEO usage that will help drive future improvements and features.
Call for talks¶
Two presentation types are hosted:
- Standard talks — up to 30 minutes including questions.
- Lightning talks — 5-10 minutes including questions. Their main goal is to spark new conversations and collaborations across disciplines with fast-paced presentations, and to learn about the work of users across organizations with similar interests in a short period of time.
If you wish to give a talk, please indicate this in the registration form, at the latest on 30 September 2026. We will contact the authors after review of candidate talks and decision of the technical committee.

Getting there¶
IRT Saint Exupéry — B612 building, 3 Rue Tarfaya, 31400 Toulouse, France (Toulouse Montaudran Aerospace district).
From the airport (Toulouse-Blagnac): take the Airport shuttle (Navette Aéroport)
to Toulouse-Matabiau train station or Jean Jaurès metro station (about 25-45 min depending on traffic),
then follow the directions below.
From the train station (Toulouse-Matabiau): take a regional TER train to the
Montaudran halt (a few minutes), then take the 37 bus toward Ramonville
and get off at the Clément Ader stop, right accross from B612 (or a 20-minutes walk to B612 from the halt).
From the metro station (Jean Jaurès): Take Metro Line B toward Ramonville,
get off at the Faculté de Pharmacie station,
then take the L7 bus toward Malepère or St-Orens Piscine
and get off at the Clément Ader stop, right accross from B612.
Parking: street parking available on Bernard Maris Street.
